See, just when you think that all the news is bad (or about celebs), someone catches a great big toad.
Actually, it's been a good year for animal stories:
In January, they found a weird shark in Japan. And then in February, some fisherman caught the biggest Colossal Squid off the coast of New Zealand (and they're going to microwave it!)
Oh, and don't forget about last year's snails!
I've done some stuff, and I'm gonna do more stuff. I'll do an update one of these days. In the mean time, I figured I should blog something, so here's a funny ditty from Annie - who primarily uses venison in her cooking because Jeff hunts:
